Hub Automate not working

I have configured Automate to update my plugins, but plugins are not being updated. Please help me with this.

    I’m sorry about this issue with Automate.

    Can you send me access to this site so I can troubleshoot this issue more? I checked logs for Automate and it looks like there is a problem with the connection between the Automate and the site.
