Hub cannot find website to activate but all steps were followed

Hi Support Team,

When trying to activate the website on my Hub, I get the error "We could not find your new website.
Please make sure you have followed steps above." (Please see this screenshot:slight_smile:

The plugin is installed, activated and logged in as per the steps, please see here:

I tried logging out of the dashboard and the site and back in but the issue persists. Please advise. I'm trying to grant you access to the admin tool but it's taking a long time to respond (Chrome status bar just says "waiting for")
