Hub showing false plugin update alert.

I have a site that in the hub it shows that there is an update pending. If I click on it, the update fails with the error "Plugin is at the latest version" which is correct as the plugin is at the latest version, but yet it still shows that there is an update in the hub. I logged out of the account on the wp-admin dashboard of the site and then logged in again. This seemed like it worked but ten minutes later it was showing the update again. It is only with this site that the issue is occurring. I don't have any server-side caching going on. The plugin is the Really Simple SSL. Any ideas?

    Hello Baldafrican,

    Can you edit your wp-config.php file and add those lines

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    /* WPMUDEV Dashboard settings */
    define('WPMUDEV_API_DEBUG', true);
    define('WPMUDEV_API_DEBUG_ALL', true);

    before /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ line?

    If you already have line
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    in wp-config.php you can delete it while pasting above code.

    And then try updating this plugin again from HUB. This should catch any errors and log them in debug.log
    Then I would need to see debug.log file (upload it to dropbox or similar service and paste here a link).

    kind regards,
