hub showing same domain twice

Please explain.

    This is odd behaviour, does removing the mentioned site:

    oceans2u.us/?otp=5c7df48c974e5

    From the Hub, list the site again with the “otp” format again?

    This could happen, if there is a plugin or custom rules which is adding such strings in the URL, and if the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin was activated when such URL was present, this could get listed in the Hub.

    Are you aware of any such plugins causing, or adding such behaviour to the URL format? I have manually removed the website and would like to see whether the issue still occurs even after that.

    If you still notice the same issue even again, then please do follow up along with enabling support access, so that we could give a closer look.

    Never saw such issue before. Currently, I can see the site with otp url is removed from your hub. If it happens again, would you please let us know without removing it from hub? We will troubleshoot the issue by then.
