    Hi victor

    How are you today?

    I had a closer look on this. The problem is that Asset Optimisation is re-ordering the css, moving the
    Style_dynamic.css above to Stylesheet.css, so this is making the stylesheet.css rules overwriting the style_dynamic.css once the CSS reads top to down.

    You can use two workaround to avoid this.
    On Appearance > Customisation > Additional CSS you can use the CSS:

    .footer_top_holder, footer #lang_sel > ul > li > a, footer #lang_sel_click > ul > li > a {
        background-color: #f2f2f2 !important;
    }

    And you are good to activate the Asset Optimisation.

    You can also Activate the Asset Optimisation feature, select the style_dynamic.ss and move it to load on footer, this will force this load after stylesheet.css and avoid the footer problem.

    Example:
