Hummingbird & Defender won't Scan

Greetings,

After changing my website to CloudFlare's Flexible SSL and setting it up for the HTTP to HTTPS redirects Hummingbird and Defender stopped working properly in general. I can't scan with either of them and because of that, with Hummingbird i can't perform Minification, or do Harden actions with Defender.

Operations with both Plugins seem to vary from refresh to refresh so my first guess is link related and cache related. I tried to perform actions with Uncached & HTTP version of my website (since it was it's original state) but nothing seems to work for them.

Reinstalled them coupe of times as well and i noticed they kept my previous scores like they were never reinstalled.

Any ideas why is this happening and if there are any steps that i could take to possibly solve it?
