[Hummingbird] forms disappear while enable "Host my files on the WPMU DEV CDN"

When i enable enable "Host my files on the WPMU DEV CDN", all forms(created by Forminator) disappear.

When i disable "Host my files on the WPMU DEV CDN", all forms come back.

i tried in test.xxx.com, and replicate the same problem. both are multi-site.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    The WPMU DEV CDN is strictly related to the Asset Optimization tool of Hummingbird so if enabling it is causing some issues, it often means that a bit of additional “tweaking” is required to the Asset Optimization configuration. However, there are also cases (rarely but it happens) where that doesn’t help and that’s usually related to the overall site setup – the way theme and/or other plugins are handling assets.

    I’d like to test it on your site but while I’m able to access the site (thank you for enabling support access) I’m actually not sure where can I find those forms on site. I did find a form but that one (on a page that I believe is some “Contact” page) seems to be coming from the Avia builder – so some builder module instead of Forminator.

    That said, could you please point me to the page(s) with example Forminator forms so I could test it? Please note: there’s a slight possibility that character encoding might break the URL posted here (due to language character set) so it would be best to share the URL shortened by some URL shortener service (like e.g. bitly.com or smilar).

    I’ll then check the site and see if what we could do to solve that.

    I tested it before i asked for help. I created a post, named test, now in the trash, the form disappeared also.

    Thank you for your response.

    I have accessed the site and enabled WPMU DEV CDN to test that. I then visited all the pages that you shared – both as logge-in user and as a visitor (logged out) – and all the forms are showing up as expected.

    I have, however, realized two things:

    1) around the time you’ve reported this, we’ve been experiencing some temporary issues with our API; it didn’t affect all the sites but there’s a very good change that this behavior that you experienced was related to it; if the assets were set to be stored in CDN and there was issues with API connection – so CND would be unavailable as well – it would mean that those assets (or some of them) weren’t actually fetched which, in turn, would cause various unexpected issues

    2) I also noticed that while Asset Optimization is enabled, it’s actually not configured at all; by that I mean it’s currently not compressing/combining/moving/defering resourcses; JS and CSS would be “offloaded” to WPMU DEV CDN but that’s it – no other changes. Was it like that when you noticed the issue for the first time or was some options in Asset Optimization (apart from WPMU DEV CDN) set and you disabled them only after that trying to solve the issue?

    Thanks for letting me know. I won’t enable it again, I only left it enabled for you to check. It’s quite surprising though as I checked each and every page that you shared with two different browser.

    Did the form disappear for you as well or did you see them but you got report from a user that they got them disappeared? Would you be able to gather and share some more details for me such as location (don’t have to be precise, just the “region”/country) of the user(s) affected by this, information about browsers and OS used (along with version numbers) and whether there were any browser add-ons in use (especially ad-blocking related) and/or antivirus/firewall software of those affected computers?

    That might be helpful so it would be great if you could let me know about that.
