[Hummingbird] Hummingbird Cannot Measure Website

The performance test didn't return any results. This probably means you're on a local website (which we can't scan) or something went wrong trying to access WPMU DEV. Try again and if this error continues to appear please open a ticket with our support heroes

    hope you're doing good today! :slight_smile:

    It seems that this is happening, as the whole site load is a bit slow. The first two calls are the slowest ones, as you can see here:

    It seems that there's a redirection from homepage to homepage (!!) which needs almost 19 seconds, and then the first load from server (server response time) is around 9 seconds.
    The first redirection may be coming from a custom .htaccess rule (or some other plugin), while the second indicates a slow server without any caching enabled.

    Despite that, the Performance Report had been completed in your site and I even run a new one with also completed.

    Please take notice in above screen about the "Improve server response time" and "Optimize images" recommendations (for images that need "resizing" apart from "compressing", please have a read here).
