[Hummingbird] hummingbird crashing site

Website is crashing with hummingbird plugin activated, seems that if you clear cache it is ok for a few minutes then the moment you do any work it crashes again. Have opened support help on site

    I have logged in at your site using support access. Then I enabled HB, cleared cache, edited your post, published and then waited some time. Then I visited your site several times on several browsers but it was never crashed for me. I kept the plugin deactivated after testing.

    When you say the site is crashing, is that white screen or 500 error? Would you please enable debug mode and check if there is any error? To enable debug mode please go to wp-config.php and change

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    to

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    Now replicate the crashing issue. That will create a file called debug.log inside wp-content folder. Open that file, check the very bottom and you will see the latest errors. Please send me those.
