[Hummingbird] Hummingbird pro error

The performance test didn't return any results. This probably means you're on a local website (which we can't scan) or something went wrong trying to access WPMU DEV. Try again and if this error continues to appear please open a ticket with our support heroes

    Hope you are doing good today.

    I could not replicate this issue on my site. I test you site on our page here:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-checkup/ but I get error message also:
    Performance: An error occurred while fetching or analyzing the page.

    Can you first try run performance test from the HUB here and see if this work for you https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/my-websites/

    Also would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Hummingbird and check if the problem gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to default WordPress theme like 2017 and see if it works.

    I'd like also to know if there's any other 3rd party cache mechanism used, like Cloudflare.
    If so, please try to deactivate and check again.
