Hummingbird memory allocation fatal error

I installed Hummingbird and after enabling it, I noticed a Fatal Error on the front-end of the site. I increased the memory limit to the maximum but that didn't help either.

    Hello motors,

I checked your site and there is no fatal error displaying on front end and Hummingbird is activated. Is there something else there that will trigger that error? Let me know.
In chat transcript I see that this error was gone when Woo was disabled - but now both plugins are working on your site.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
