Hummingbird not working

Browser Caching is not working properly:

– Your server may not have the “expires” module enabled (mod_expires for Apache, ngx_http_headers_module for NGINX)

– Another plugin may be interfering with the configuration

I have disabled all plugins and still get this error.

I have also manually added the information to the .htaccess file.

No such luck as the plugin is still now working.

Please provide help,

Thanks!

Hello Jerrad , I hope you are doing well today!

This message means that most likely the server is not configured to handle browser caching. Browser caching is a feature that requires certain server configuration and is only triggered (switched on/off) by the Hummingbird plugin. If a server is not capable of handling it, Hummingbird will not be able to enable it.

Would you please contact your host provider and ask them if the mod_expires module for Apache servers or ngx_http_headers_module for NGINX?

Please let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,

    Nastia
