Hummingbird not working on site (The performance scan didn't return any results)

Hi, we're getting this error when running the speed report: "The performance scan didn't return any results. This probably means you're on a local website (which we can't scan) or something went wrong trying to access WPMU DEV. Try again and if this error continues to appear please open a ticket with our support heroes"

It's happening both on staging & live environment.
We have enabled support access.

    Thanks for granting Support Access. When I logged in, I could see the error you mentioned. But when I clicked "Try Again" it started working. And now performance result is being shown normally. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

    I think, your server was having temporary trouble in communicating with our server and that's why it was not showing the result. I hope, it will work from now. If not, please let us know. We will investigate further.
