[Hummingbird] Performance Report Will Not Function

We have tried many times to do a report, but we keep getting this message:
The performance test didn't return any results. This probably means you're on a local website (which we can't scan) or something went wrong trying to access WPMU DEV. Try again and if this error continues to appear please open a ticket with our support heroes

The site is also incredibly slow. We just upgraded to PHP 7.0 rtoday.

    Sorry to hear that you are having this problem.

    I had a closer look and I was able to run a report on Hummingbird.

    However I can see that it is really slow.

    The WordPress is running on a low PHP memory:

    Wouldn't you mind to increase the PHP memory accessing by FTP or cPanel the WordPress root Folder find for wp-config.php click to edit it and above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ you can paste:

    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512' );
    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    If the problem persist I would suggest to contact the hosting provider and ask to check all the PHP 7 configuration.
