[Hummingbird Pro] Uptime monitoring in shared HG hosting in BR

I had uptime monitoring working fine up until a little while ago @ conacredi.com.br. I remember the last time I got a down alert email. But I kept on checking and the website seemed fine. Today I had a bunch of people tell me it was not working, event support. I whitelisted the IPS through Defender, and I got in touch with HG, who told me the IPS where not blacklisted and can’t be whitelisted since it’s a shared hosting. They also told me there were rules in mod_security which were removed.

I have other clients in the same host, with the same hosting in which it works.

Since then, every time I refresh the hummingbird settings, I get back to the activation screen.
