    Hello Randomblink,

    how are you doing today?

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having an issue with adding Recipients in Uptime's notification feature.

Do you get any errors or warning when trying to add a recipient?

If yes please share the screenshot for that error.

You can configure Uptime in two ways.

    1. Configuring it via Wp-admin > Hummingbird Pro > Uptime.

    2. You can also configure it via The Hub.

Support access to the site braixxxxdi.site was not enabled so I visited the Hub and tried to add a recipient from the Hub and I was able to add it successfully.

Can you once try to add the recipient via The Hub?

Please follow the below steps for add the recipient via The Hub.

    Visit this link

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/my-websites/

    1. Select the site you want to add the recipient by clicking on the down arrow.

    2. Click on Uptime tab

    3. Enable Email notifications and then click on Configure.

    4. Notification configure box will open > Click on Add another

    5. Add the name and Email Id.

    6. Click on Save.

It should add the new recipient with a confirmation message.

If the issue persists, I would request you to grant support staff access so I can take a closer look.

You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5 Please let us know when you are done granting support access.

Please also attach the screenshot of the error if possible.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Kind regards,

    Neel Gajjar
