When viewing the REMOVE RENDER BLOCKING RESOURCES in Hummingbird and hitting the tab "CONFIGURE SCRIPT DEFERRING" I get the following message.
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page or you need to upgrade your membership plan.
This is my message to sub-site admins, why am I as Super-admin getting this message?
