Hummingbird unable to run test

Hummingbird unable to run test-it had a message pop up recommend reaching out for support.

Support access is enabled with the site.

    Thanks for granting Support Access. I logged in and saw the message on Hummingbird Dashboard page. But when I clicked on "Try Again" button, the test ran successfully. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

    Though result is showing zero (that's a different issue), tests are running fine at least.

    Now, to fix why this is showing zero, can you please make sure all images are smushed first? Can you please bulk smush all your images and then check if the final result changed? If not, please let us know. We will be glad to assist further.
