Hummingbird - Various Issues, Failing PageSpeed test with Upfront

Testing a fresh Upfront site (parrot) with Hummingbird and only getting a 59 on PageSpeed and other issues.

Performance Report;
I don't see a way to run a report for sites other than the main site in a multi-site setup. How could I run one for this sub site?

According to the page is compressed. However in PageSpeed there are three wp-hummingbird-cache files that are showing uncompressed, one css and two js. These are the only uncompressed files.

All over the place - was saying multiple days with a few one minute periods before. Now says a couple days down and one period is 16863d 18h 0m downtime.

    I could replicate the same issue on my own fresh WP install with latest and fresh Upfront Parrot theme. At first I get 59 for mobile and after following instructions in performance report I could manage to improve score to 68 for mobile (quite good, as mentioned its not possible to get 100% score for render blocking scripts).

    It works fine for desktop and could get up-to 83 performance score, the only issue left for desktops were server response (I am on shared hosting on hostgator).

    However, I can confirm the WP-Hummingbird cache.js and cache.css render blocking issue for mobile. I am flagging or plugin developer to get his feedback on this matter. Either myself or developer post a reply here as soon as possible.

    For uptime issue, I could not reproduce it on my test site. For me its 100% uptime, outages 0, downtime 0M and average response time 2478MS (mostly because of server response).
