I am currently auditioning the Fixer theme. I understand

I am currently auditioning the Fixer theme. I understand that upfront is still essentially in a advanced beta stage, and as such there is no way to create my own child theme at this point.

I am attempting to delete everything that came with Fixer so I can rebuild my own layout without distraction. I have removed all the pages both inner and outer and I have deleted all the regions and I am having fun playing around. One last item id like to delete are the page templates. the titles like inner plumber just do not work for me .

Is there any way to delete the page templates?

Is there any ETA on when we can expect to make our own child themes in upfront?

Thank you kindly, Matt

    Hello Matt,

We are not allow to give ETAs to avoid disappointment when due to unexpected reasons we can’t deliver on time (and sometimes it happens) . I hope you understand that

We are hoping to see builder for child themes very soon though.

You can delete page templates in main directory of Fixer theme – you will see files like page_tpl-get-quote-inner.php – those are template, remove them and then in the directory layouts remove files with corresponding names: single-page-get-quote-inner.php

Of course be careful and sure you are removing only templates.

    kind regards,
