I am experiencing longer-than-expected response times related to my inquiry on a particular plugin. Is there anything that can be done to speed this up? Do you do live chat, Skype, etc? With a more real-time support channel we could probably work out my issue in minutes. Please let me know what’s possible, e.g. a number I can call, a Skype I can add, etc. to help expedite things.
