I am hitting errors when trying to run a backup on my site

I'm experiencing issues when trying to run a backup. I got a "The site is experiencing technical difficulties." error.

    On further troubleshooting, the issue was with inadequate server resources. The memory_limit, max_execution_time, post_max_size etc were very low in the server-side, which wasn't getting increased by the increase done via wp-config.php file.

    In the cPanel, under "MultiPHP INI Editor" feature, I have made the required updates to the following values:

    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 256M
    memory_limit = 512M
    file_uploads = On
    max_execution_time = 300

    And ran a new Managed Backup, it worked fine without any issue, and got uploaded to the Hub.

    Would recommend you to either delete other backups or click the "Retry uploading" option, so it gets uploaded to the Hub.

    It would be better to create a new backup rather than re-uploading to ensure the old backups didn't get corrupted due to the low server resource.
