I am not getting any email for appointments booked

I am not getting any email for appointments booked on line from front end. I have entered all my staff providers email address, but nothing shows up.

Also when my clients book appointments they don't get any email confirming their time and date.

What am I doing wrong ?

    Hi Asif,

    Welcome to the WPMU Dev community and thank you for your question.

    I logged in to your site and found you have set the appointment option "Auto confirm" to Yes on the following path which will automatically confirm all appointment applications if you are not receiving any payment for it so in this case the appointment is confirmed immediately when the user books an appointment and no email is sent.

    Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Accessibility Settings -> Auto confirm

    If you set the option option to no then you will get the email but also you have to set the appointment option "Send Notification to admin if confirmation is required" to Yes on the following path.

    Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Notification Settings

    Are you getting other WordPress emails from your site like user registration?
