I am not getting any response from support and cannot reply via normal channels, please advise

I have replied via normal channels (the forum) but have not get any reply yet. Please advise.

I tried replying via email but that didn't work out as you want us to reply via the forum as specified in the auto-reply.

    Hello there @Kevin, I hope you're well today!

    We reply to all tickets in a reverse chronological order (older first).
    If you have not received an update on your thread yet it's only because we have some more threads that have been posted before yours and need a reply.
    We have been a bit understaffed this past week hence the delay... I have notified my colleague @Bojan about that thread again, I'm sure we'll get back to you ASAP.
