I am not happy with your products

I am unhappy with both your service and your products, I sent a question to billing approximately two weeks and got no response, every plugin I used I had trouble with. The only thing I can say positive about your company right now is your marketing is superb. I tried your product once before about 3 years ago, I was not happy was not impressed; I figured I'd give it another try... (hats off to your marketing) and I found myself disappointed once again!!!

    So sorry to hear that. Anyway about your mail .. I just spoke to the accounts department who confirmed they did not receive your mail. Looks like the form did not submit ?

    Anyhoo they are expecting a mail from you after my conversation with them. It'll be really sad to let you go .. lets see if they can work something out with you.
