    Hello CAMATA,

    Hope you are doing good today. :slight_smile:

    I checked your website through support access, and ran a test export, and I could see the issue, was getting the following error screen:

    camxxx.ca is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    It's giving a 500 error, which is a generic error, and it could relate to many possibilities. In general, this would means either your site is running out of memory limit, or there is a plugin/theme conflict within your website.

    To start with would recommend you to increase your sites memory limit, and see whether it would help, or not. At the moment memory is 256M, since it's a GoDaddy Hosting, to increase the memory limit, you'll have to create .user.ini file inside the Root Folder, and add the following rule in it:
    memory_limit = 512M

    Root Directory is where .htaccess, wp-config.php files reside. You can check the following URL for more info:
    http://codingcyber.org/how-to-increase-php-memory-limit-on-godaddy-hosting-882/

    If you still aren't sure about increasing memory limit, getting it touch with your hosting provider, and asking to increase the memory_limit on your sites behalf would help.

    If you still notice the same issue even after increasing the memory limit, then the issue has to do with plugin conflict. Please check the following flowchart on how to run a conflict test, and see which exact plugin is generating 500 error.

    I'm afraid, this is something you'll have to check with your Hosting provider, and see whether they notice anything odd in the server log. We can only troubleshoot an issue if we could see the issue live, at the moment your sites seems to work fine.

    Since the site goes down, and comes back after a while, the issue mostly has to do with the server side, please let us know what your host has to say regarding this, so that we could see whether there is anything that could be improved within your site.

    Please let us know how that goes, have a nice day weekend ahead. :slight_smile:

    Best Regards,
    Nithin
