I am trying to increase my site's speed. I ran a plugin and smushed all my images (and resized the index ones mentioned but still get these notifications when running Hummingbird's speed test:

Compressing https://www.insidetheboards.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/ITB-logo-with-caduceus-as-I.png could save 8.1KiB (11% reduction).
Compressing https://www.insidetheboards.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/medquest-2.png could save 4.2KiB (24% reduction).
Compressing https://www.insidetheboards.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/msc.png could save 1.5KiB (19% reduction).
Furthermore, I can't figure out how to move the hummingbird files below into the footer (I know next to nothing about website design,creation) and am not even sure that it will help.
None of the above-the-fold content on your page could be rendered without waiting for the following resources to load. Try to defer or asynchronously load blocking resources, or inline the critical portions of those resources directly in the HTML.
