I am trying to adjust the way the search box looks when

Hello-

I am trying to adjust the way the search box looks when using the Fixer theme. I see that the css files are in admin-ajax, but I assume that the css is being complied from various places. If there a way to just implement the wordpress php code for the search box, then stylize it using the custom css option and force it to ignore the settings in the css file?

    Hi @Bryce,

I hope had been good today!

Unfortunately you can't use PHP code in the Upfront editor, the only way to do that is editing the upfront template files.

You can't give the look you want adding a new style for the element?

Another way is adding a "code" element and writing your own form and inserting your styles into Theme Settings -> add custom css rules.

I hope this information has been helpful. If I can help you in this or other questions, please let me know!

    Cheers, Luís
