I am trying to map a domain and it is hanging.

I am trying to map a domain on one of my subsites and it is just hanging. It is working fine on the other subsite and was working fine last night.
The two domains I need mapped are http://www.a+++ro.co.za and a+++o.co.za. I deleted them last night, because I have a feeling they were set up as a record and not Cname. I need them to show http://www.a+++ro.co.za in the URL bar instead of azuro.solutions.

Hi ash, thank you so much for the time
As a 'work around' I created another sub site and cloned the site that was needed as it was showing the sign up when people went into the. Co. Za
This isn't ideal as I would like this to be mapped like the others.
When I was doing everything yesterday, it worked and I could add domains. Just this morning it was throwing the Ajax error that Abdul identified, So i am not sure why this was an issue today. I wish I hadnt deleted the .co.za's last night

    Kind Regards Lou

    Hi Louise,

I resolved this error but recreating the sub site and redoing the mappings. Cause ajax issue is still unknown

Sounds like the issue is resolved? Since support access to the site was disabled, I wasn't able to confirm this. If you think there is anything else that we should be looking at, then please do let us know, so that we could give a closer look, if needed.

Have a nice day ahead.

Hey Nithin, thanks for the time and interest

So I think this could be fixed code side. When adding both http://www.name.co.za and just name.co.za it took up too many spots and from what I understand from the great guys who helped me via chat is that there is a limit on how many domains you can map. My resolution was to JUST add the 5, without the www. But it think it could be solved just by increasing the limit?
The error message wasnt very descriptive when we qent through to find the problem in the ajax file.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, could I know how many domains you are are trying to add in the subsite side? In general, there shouldn't be any limit, so the list of domains what you are trying would be helpful in understanding what exact issue you are facing, and also we could check with our developer regarding this too.

Also please do enable support access to your site, so that we could give a closer look at the current plugin configuration.

You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

Please let us know once you enable access, so that we could get this sorted. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin
