I am trying to set up a multi site website with premium

I am trying to set up a multi site website with premium settings also, I am having a time with this and I purchased the custom then had to purchase another from wpmu.

1st it said become custom for full benefits, then it said become premium for full access. do you not see the irony in that.

Now I had to keep downloading dashboard but can’t seem to get it loaded.

I need help with this complicated site.

    Hey Ruby,

First off, welcome to the WPMU DEV community!

Secondly, I’m happy to help you get started here

When you download the dashboard plugin it should be downloading a .zip file onto your computer, if you’re using a mac and it’s automatically unzipping the folder then the zipped folder should be in your trash can.

Once you know the .zip WPMU DEV dashboard plugin is downloaded then you can go to your WordPress dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload. and click “browse” to upload the .zip plugin folder just like any other plugin

Once you have the dashboard plugin installed and activated then it will prompt you to login to your WPMU DEV account and once you have done that… the fun begins  You will be able to download/install all WPMU DEV plugins from your dashboard and also easily update them.

Here is a reference guide for installing the dashboard: https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/installing-the-wpmu-dev-dashboard-plugin/

It is also worth checking out other manuals here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/ they have been just recently written/updated.

Hope that helps Ruby and let me know if you have any other questions! We’re always here to help.

    All the best,
