I am unable to update my eCommerce or Membership plugin

I have just activated my account to get the latest update. But even after my dashboard in your site displays that I have an active account, the dashboard within my wordpress site does not see that have an active account so that I can update my plug in. HELP.

    Welcome back to WPMU DEV, glad to have you aboard!

    That is either because you are not logged into your WPMU DEV Dashboard with the same premium login credentials you use to login here. Or your API key simply needs to be refreshed.

    Please first ensure that you are indeed logged into your Dashboard. then go to WPMU DEV > Manage and click the Edit link you see next to your API key.

    Once done, you may need to logout of your site, clear your browser cache & cookies, then log back into your site again.
