I am using ec2 to host my multisite I keep getting this error even after I made the correct edit.

Here is what the code looks like in the wp-config.php

I cannot seem to fix this and when an user create a site it doesn’t allow them to use there sub domain also I keep getting this on the domain mapping plugin settings page

I do not use the 172 IP as that is a private ip the ip that is in the field is the public ip address.

I am using a bitnami ec2 image for multisite

    Hello Andrew,

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

Just to make sure that we’re on a same side here: the error message asks you to replace current

    /wp-content/sunrise.php file

    with this one

    /wp-content/plugins/domain-mapping/sunrise.php

The “wp-config.php” file looks fine but could you please make sure that you’ve actually replaced aforementioned file with the new one by moving this new one (from plugin’s folder) and not copying it?

I’m only asking this because it’s very common issue that results in such (or similar) error message.

    Let me know please!

    Best regards,

    Adam

    Hi Andrew,

Since you have downloaded the file I’m guessing the original one is still under wp-content/plugins/domain-mapping/ folder.

Could you please remove it from there so that file is only located in your /wp-content/ folder and see if you are still having issues after that.

    Best regards,

    Predrag
