I bought year of support, but update doesn't work

I recently renewed to a year support package. I would think that I should then be able to update the plugin in the WP dashboard plugins screen, but it says “upgrade to update.” How do I update the plugin?

    Thanks for posting on the forum.

    I can see you have active membership so you should be able to update plugins.

    Could you please try logging out and logging in again to WPMU DEV Dashboard on clicking the “Edit” link in the WPMU DEV API Key section on the following path?

    Admin Area -> WPMU DEV -> Manage

    If it doesn’t help you then please contact our billing and accounting department o resolve this issue through our contact form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/

    – Choose “I have a billing question” in the drop down on the above form

    However, I have a couple questions… Your dashboard refers to me as

    “admin”. I logged in with a user name of efisher@imagimedia.biz Shouldn’t

    it be calling me that? Also, I had earned quite a few reputation points

    when my account was active several months ago, but they don’t show up now. This makes me wonder if I am working on the same account as before. It may be that I signed in before as earlfisher@verizon.net… not sure… but if

    so, is there a way to integrate the two accounts and all the history

    together?

    Just to confirm, Go to this link:https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-admin/profile.php then find the “Display Name” field. You can change it there. :slight_smile:

    I suggest you contact our billing department to sort out this one for you since we can’t manage accounts through the forums :slight_smile:
