I can not run

Hi,

I can not run the snapshot.
I tryied 2 times. But I recieve an error.
Can you please check and repair the failure?
Please make sure that I have a full back-up / Snapshot of my webpage on my dropbox account.

    Thanks for granting access, I had a look at Snapshot on your site and it seems like it fails when it reaches plugins folder, and when excluding those I was able to create a snapshot on your site.

    Can you start by increasing your memory limit and maximum execution time so we can see if it's related to that?
    You can increase the WordPress memory and maximum execution time by following the instructions provided on below pages.

    Since there's 500 report we should also check if there's anything in debug log that could tell what's going on.

    You can enable debug log in your wp-config.php by replacing define('WP_DEBUG', false); with this code:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    
    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

    Start the snapshot process again and once it fails it should create debug.log file in your wp-content folder that could tell us what is going on.
    Can you please save it as .txt file and attach it here so we can check it out.

    Also, could you tell me the size of your Plugins folder?
