I cannot submit the settings of a plugin, Participants Database

<Support Access is granted>
Hi, I cannot submit the settings of the plugin, Participants Database in the site. I am hosting this site in the Bluehost company. I have had no problem in submitting the settings of the plugin in a site that is being hosted in a University server. I have done enough to solve this issue through communicating with the Bluehost and the plugin author. And you know, their answer is, "There is no problem in their sides and ask the plugin author or the hosting company." I desperately need to use the plugin. You are my last hope to solve this issue. Could you please help me solve this issue? Could you at least point out the cause of this problem?
Thank you for your help.

    Hi Jeonghun ,

    Hope you're doing well today!

    Can you please give us more details about which settings you are not able to save? I accessed your site using Support Access and I was able to save changes like "File Upload Limit" (Participants Database -> Settings -> General Settings), change the "Signup Notification Email Subject" (Participants Database -> Settings -> Signup Form Settings). Or I am missing something?

    In this type of scenarios, to try find the issue you should follow this debug process:

    1) Disable all plugins and swap to the default WordPress theme. We have a flowchart in the below page, that may help you:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/getting-support/

    2) Enable the debug flags adding the following codes to your wp-config.php, in order to check if was saved any error related:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    It will be saved to a debug.log file inside the "wp-content" folder. Can you share it with us?

    https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

    Note: Save the file as a .txt, because the .log extension is not allowed in the attachments.

    3) If there is Javascript involved in the process, you can check the browser console to find errors. This is an example in how to use it on Chrome:

    I hope this information has been helpful. If I can help you in this or other questions, please let me know!

    Cheers, Luís
