I can't edit my page after adding a floating region with upfront; can't edit or delete the region;
my site is HOSED; what do I do?

    I am sorry to hear you are getting issues with upfront site. It can be a plugin conflict on your website. Please run a plugin conflict test and then check again.

    Deactivate all other plugins and then test again. If the issue fixed then activate each plugin one by one and keep testing it to find out what plugin is conflicting with upfront functionality. You can see more details about making a conflict test at our getting support manual (flowchart).

    If the issue still exists, even after deactivating all plugins, then please grant support staff access and more details about the issue to take a closer look. Please include information like, where and region should I look, and what is the issue at the moment with the help of screenshot (if possible).
