I can't reply to my support requests

How am I supposed to reply to my support requests? I can't find a reply button.

The small arrow at the bottom of my message doesn't do anything and there is no small arrow under the support teams response or any sort of button that allows me to reply anywhere on the page.


I've allowed support to enter my dashboard like Ari requested. I'm still getting a 400-Bad Request

    Hello again @Clint, I hope you're well today!

    Are you trying to reply using our WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin, or by visiting our site directly?
    From our dashboard plugin you can only create new threads, you cannot however reply to existing threads.
    In order to reply you will have to visit the original thread in your browser (in this case https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/cart-pages-missing-after-encoding-links#post-769993 and you should see a textarea below the last reply with a "submit comment" button.
    If you don't see that then chances are you are simply not logged-in. In order to login you will have to click on the "login" button on the top-right of the page. Make sure you login using the email you used for your premium account (there have been cases where a user also has a free account under a different email and they don't have permission to post because they've logged-in with the wrong account).

    Please add your reply on the original thread. I'll just go ahead and close this one as a duplicate, we can continue resolving your issue on your original thread.
