I contacted support over a week ago and have not receive

I contacted support over a week ago and have not receive a follow up reply. I need to lunch my site and have know paid $40 for the Subscribe by Email plugin and it is not working.

I would really appreciate any help you can give me. I have spent hours on the phone with my hosting service and updated the plugin and still have a plugin that is not working. According to my hosting service the emails are not hitting the server and therefore not being sent. Test emails work, but when I send to my list of subscribers I receive the "User Content Empty" (regardless of how low I set the mail batches number).
