    Hi Lester,

That usually means the domain isn’t resolving.

Can you disable pro sites & new blog templates, then try and create a new site, once done, try & access the dashboard. See if that still works?

If you could also paste a copy of your .htaccess & your wp-config.php (remove the DB credentials & salt keys before you paste)

Have you also correctly set up the wildcard subdomains (*.domain.com in your CPanel if you chose to use subdomains when you created the multisite?)

    Thanks

    Thanks for your help

    Sorry,

    I am really a newbie.

    I’ve added the wildcard subdomain.

I do not understand this part:

If you could also paste a copy of your .htaccess & your wp-config.php (remove the DB credentials & salt keys before you paste)

    Regards,

    Lester
