I don't find the page with the Plan of Pro Sites

Hello,

I'm installing and configuring Pro Sites.
My main domain is http://ludovic-labbe-consulting.fr/
I create 3 other wensites to test.

I don't see the pro sites page on the http://ludovic-labbe-consulting.fr/

When I want to see the main wensite, I am redirected to this page :
http://ludovic-labbe-consulting.fr/ludovic/
and I see the 4 websites.

And for each link I see the price tabbing of Pro Site Plans.

How can I fix it to create the Pro Sites Page only on the main website ?

Pending your reply.
Thanks
regards
Ludovic

    Hello Ludovic,

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

The Pro Sites site by default is located under the /pro-sites/ slug of the main site of your Multisite install. Is your main site at "ludovic-labbe-consulting.fr"?

I tried to open "/pro-sites" page there but was given s"not found" error. I"m not sure about your setup though so would you mind if I took a closer look at it?

To let me check it, please grant me a support access via our WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin as described here:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

    Best regards,

    Hello Ludovic,

I hope you're well today and thank you for granting access.

I checked your setup and it's all fine. Let me please explain it a bit:

The main site of your network is ludovic-labbe-consulting.fr. Therefore Pro Sites page will always be a part of that site. If you click on "Upgrader en Pro" link from any of sub-sites or you would like to sign up for a new site - each time you should be redirected to the Pro Sites page on your main site.

That works fine then. The confusing issue is that the Pro Sites page is not ludovic-labbe-consulting.fr/pro-sites but ludovic-labbe-consulting.fr/ludovic.

To correct it, you will want to go to your main site's dashboard, find "ludovic" pagse on "Pages -> All pages" list, edit it and change "slug" (link under the title field). You can however set it to whatever you like, for example "get-your-site" so an URL becomes then "ludovic-labbe-consultin.fr/gets-your-site" or to "pro-sites" so an URL becomes then "ludovic-labbe-consulting.fr/pro-sites".

Each time user click on "Pro Sites" link in dashboard, will be redirected to that page. That's how it works now and it should work that way.

However, it's currently not possible to register new site in your network. New users cannot create their own sites and admins of existing sites can only upgrade their Pro Sites level but not create new sites.

In order to allow users register sites, please go to your

"Admin de réseau -> Réglages -> Réglages du réseau" page

and set "Autoriser les nouvelles inscriptions" option to either "Seuls les utilisateurs connectés peuvent créer de nouveaux sites." (meaning that registered users will be able to create sites) or " La création de sites et d’utilisateurs est autorisée." (meaning that users will be able to register their accounts on your network and create new sites).

In order to allow admins of existing site register new sites please go to you Pro Sites settings and on "Réglages généraux" page enable the "Allow multiple blogs" option.

All this together should fix the issue.

When I want to see the main wensite, I am redirected to this page :
    http://ludovic-labbe-consulting.fr/ludovic/
and I see the 4 websites.

This is also working fine. You'll see this when you're logged in as a super-admin. If you're logged in as an admin of a sub-site you should be presented there with Pro Sites pricing table.

I hope that explains things a bit. If you have any further questions, I'll be glad to assist!

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hello

I don't use the good signature of my PayPal API.

I would like to do new test but I can use the same id and email when I choose the plan I used.

I don't find these waiting sites (PayPal transactions not initiated or uncompleted).
A priori, they exist somewhere in the system because I can't create a new website with the same already used username and email.

I would like to delete them.

There is "Manage sites" into the Pro sites dashboard but I don't understand how can I use it to find websites ?

    Could you help me please?

    Pending your reply.
    Thanks.

    Hi Ludovic,

Pro Sites can manage only sites that are approved and once that are not yet approved are saved in your database for certain amount of time and during this time you can't register a site with the same name.

You should either remove that site from your database or you can try using below plugin to remove reserved sites:

    Best regards,
