I got more questions: 1st I can not get into the live sessions, they seem to not be active today, it

I can not enter the live support for some reason.

2nd: When I want to use Multi DB, is it possible to setup everything at first and then switch over to multi db?

3rd: Could you please tell me how to make the Support plugin multi lingual ready?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

    1: Sorry to hear you have had problems getting into Live Support, could you tell me what session you tried please? There should be session starting in the next 12 minutes

    2: I'm not quite sure I follow on this, when setting up Multi-DB, you would gradually go through the process, shown in the usage guide here https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/multi-db/#usage
    You can setup your site and then switch over to Multi-DB at a later date

    3: When you say Multi-lingual ready, did you want to translate so it shows/displays in one language only, but can be changed with the translation files, or did you want the user be able to change the language from their end?

    Please advise.
