    Hey Duane,

    Thank you for sending in the credentials, I checked your dashboard, and I couldn't find any conflict. I checked whether your account has any issues with reinstall, but there isn't any, and logging in with WPMU DEV Dashobard should work without any issue.

    Could you please try resetting your API key, located in the Account page, and check whether you are able to log in:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/account/

    If that doesn't work, just to be sure, could you please make sure that your password is correct? Maybe you are logging into the Hub using the password saved in your browser? You can try this link to reset your password:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    If none works, please try logging in using different browser, and check whether it makes any difference.
