I have a K-8 multisite. I also have a student tech crew. I need to be able to activate the plugin on only ONE site. I’ve got links to direct all support to that site.
I’ve set up navigation to open a new ticket, check on a ticket, and administer tickets.
The problem is actually in administering the tickets. It seems only a super admin with access to the network wp-admin area can see all tickets. Then I can only assign them to other super admins.
I’d really like the plug in to be activated on this one site only. The I’d like to be able to add in users at at rather low level (Level 1 Tech Support) to grab tickets, assign them to others, or bump up to me (Level 2?).
It is a great system but limiting to backend use only at the highest admin levels is rather limiting. Is there a way to obtain this type of functionality before school starts in August?
