I have a store


I have a store on my website and I have a few problems with it. First off, when you add an item to the cart you cannot delete it.

The big issue I'm having is that the submit order button isn't working when I have items in the cart. I click it and nothing happens. I've tried re-installing the plugin and messing around with the code but nothing seems to work. I love the layout of the marketpress store but without these functions I cannot use it.

    I hope you are well today.

    First, the PayPal error you're getting is usually because you have the wrong API keys setup in your dashboard. For example, if you are running MarketPress in Sandbox mode, but have the Live API credentials defined, or visa versa. Please double-check to make sure you're using the correct credentials for the mode you are in.

    Regarding the other issues you described. These are consistent with a JavaScript conflict, or possible plugin conflict. Browsing your site, before I got to the MarketPress pages, I see that you have some JavaScript errors present on your site. See screenshot: https://goo.gl/cmzEKZ

    As I browsed around your site and store a bit more, I saw more behaviors that indicate you have a conflict somewhere.

    There's a couple troubleshooting steps I'd like you to try to see if we can narrow down the cause of this problem.

    First, could you please run a plugin conflict test as outlined in the following article? This will eliminate the possibility of a conflict with another plugin. https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

    If that does not lead to a solution, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and provide us with the output of your debug.log file?

    To enable WP_DEBUG, change the following line in your wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    To this:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    // Disable display of errors and warnings

    After you've visited the pages that are causing you problems, please go to wp-content/ on your server via FTP and download the debug.log file to your local computer. Then, rename that file to debug.txt and attach it to your reply here so we can examine it further.

    I made a post earlier but didn't into much detail on my issue. My store is setup to have the items go to the cart. When I go to the cart to checkout, the submit order button has no link attached to it and does nothing when I click it thus not bringing me to the checkout page. I've tried looking into cart.php but couldn't find anything that linked the button. If you need code please ask me I can supply whatever you need, this is very crucial to the website.

    Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
