I have a time base of 60 minutes and services of various durations (1hr, 2hrs, 3hrs and 4hrs). Working hours are from 5am to 12 midnight.
The problem is that when I try to book a service that is more than one hour duration, not all time slots are shown. For example, for the 2-hour service, I only get 5:00, 7:00, 9:00 etc and for the 3-hour service, I get 5:00, 8:00, 11:00 and so on.
My understanding is that regardless of the duration of the service, the customer should be able to book at any hour, so for the 2-hour service I should be able to choose 6:00. Is this correct? Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change?
