I have contacted billing three times and this board twice

I have contacted billing three times and this board twice now and I have not received any response. How else can I get my question answered re exchanging Chat for Messaging? Can someone get back to me?

    Actually our billing staff handles lot of account related stuff so it may be possible that your ticket got slipped from their list, but don't worry now.
