How do I download my WPMU DEV Dashboard to my http://www.ciaofriends.com dashboard?

    Hey @Tony,

    Welcome to the forum!

    The easiest ways it to go to the WordPress admin page and locate Plugins on the menu. Select Add New --> Upload --> Choose File and then browse and select the zip file you downloaded.

    Look for the WPMU DEV in blue on your menu and then click on it. You should be asked to signup. Make sure you select that you are already a member and then copy your API code into the designated spot.

    Then, viola!

    Hi @tony,

    The advice by @martin should work for you.

    But you can also use FTP, by unzipping the plugin to your desktop, then upload the wpmudev-updater folder to your wp-content/plugins folder.

    Once done, go to your plugins page and activate it.

    Thanks you very much for your help. I was able to upload WPMU DEV Dashboard to my website’s dashboard.

    I have two questions, I would appreciate your help on:

    1. After installing WPMU DEV Dashboard I am able to surf the entire WPMU DEV Dashboard even though I was not prompted to enter my WPMU DEV API Key. Did I do anything wrong?

    2. I get the following:

    Member since February 10, 2014.
    Membership type: Quarterly (gold level)
    Your Subscription Has Been Cancelled
    You should continue to have access until June 3, 2014.

    I only signed up (and paid) on 3rd March 2014. Why does it say member since February 10, 2014?

    I paid for three months on 3rd March: Why does it say “Your Subscription Has Been Cancelled”? and if it has been cancelled why can I continue to have access until June3?

    Hey @Tony,

    If you can see all of the plugins using the WPMU DEV dashboard, you should be OK. Regarding the subscription, you may be better served asking the billing department using this form... https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/ Just select "I have a billing question" in the dropdown.

    It may be that you signed up for a free account in February and then your payment extended out your membership. That would be my guess.. I'm not sure why it would say "Your Subscription Has Been Cancelled".
