I have five plugins use the slide in pop in and your dashboard. I don't use the branding or membership. I originally signed up because I think it help me with membership that didn't work out a desk, a number of other questions and struggling to see the value of signing up although I think they extended the $220 price for another year, but I don't know where I can make that adjustment.
I am trying to figure out how to put a button on my website that allows me to have my software installed on WordPress so that it can be downloaded to my customers. Maybe guys can help with that. But I think of asking that question before. My main website is ontimeforanything.com may be your multisite plug-in would help because I've got the ability to download my software from another website which is called ultcom.com which I'd like to retire if I can figure out how to download software for my main website. If the multisite plug-in allows me to seamlessly put the connection from the old website to the new and download the software that might make it worthwhile. I don't know if you guys ever work online at the same time, whether by phone or as a chat box and look at the website but that might be helpful and also where do I find out what credit card you're going to charge if I continue your service?

Hi Roy! I'd love to try to help here.

If the email team sent you an offer, I believe you'll need to continue that conversation with your email account rep to activate it, if this is the path you want to take.

I am trying to figure out how to put a button on my website that allows me to have my software installed on WordPress so that it can be downloaded to my customers. Maybe guys can help with that.

Is your software in a .zip or other compressed format? If so, this is really simple. You'll need to upload the .zip file to your site, then you'll make a link to the location where the file is stored, something similar to yoursite.com/files/yoursoftware.zip. If a user clicks the link, the .zip file will download to their computers. If you'd like to make a button, you can do so with some CSS styling for your link, or there are several button generating plugins available for WordPress. You'd just add the link to your file, just like you'd add a link to a new page, to the button.

My main website is ontimeforanything.com may be your multisite plug-in would help because I've got the ability to download my software from another website which is called ultcom.com which I'd like to retire if I can figure out how to download software for my main website. I don't think you'll need to use a multisite here. A multisite network is a collection of several different sites that are all linked together (that's a very simplified explanation.) You just need a button to download a file, so a single site is fine for you here.

I don't know if you guys ever work online at the same time, whether by phone or as a chat box and look at the website but that might be helpful and also where do I find out what credit card you're going to charge if I continue your service?

The last four digits of your active credit card should be on your account page. If you'd like to confirm your subscription status, I can send you to the accounts team. Use our Contact Form, and select "I have a billing question" from the dropdown. In the subject line, type ATTN: Account Specialist.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Roy!

    1. Use the link to the contact form I included in my previous reply to get in touch with your account specialist.
    2. You can upload the zip file via FTP to any folder location if your media library doesn't allow you to upload zip files. You could put it in the same folder as your main WordPress files and the download link would by yoursite.com/yoursoftware.zip.
    3. Actually, I don't think we're showing the last four digits. You can ask the billing team to confirm which type of card is attached to your account.

    Thanks!
