I have followed all steps and done all of the steps told to do but still not able to get hummingbird to work.

    Can you give us more details about the issues you are having? I give a look in your website using Support Access and seems Hummingbird is working properly, if I am not missed something.

    I checked that you are getting the messages that "GZIP" and "Browser Caching" is not working, however, I made a test for the GZIP using an external tool and actually it's enabled. Please test on the link below:

    Hummingbird makes a request to get files headers in order to detect the browser caching/gzip. This request is made from the server to the same server and some hosts disable/block requests to itself, so, it's possible this is the reason for Hummingbird don't detects the browser caching/gzip.
