I have just set up and activated a Media Temple Fully

I have just set up and activated a Media Temple Fully Managed VPS acct with their support and have installed a few domains into their own unique cPanel installs and have isntalled via the one script wonder that comes with that set up, not softilicious or fantastico, something very bare bones, that installed WP instance for the domain.

WP MulitSite was not an option.

So I read and emulated this article:

but I find that there is no ” Tools » Network Setup to configure your multisite network.”

I have added the lines of code:

You need to add this line to your wp-config.php file just before the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ line.

1 /* Multisite */

2 define( ‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true );

and I see no sign of Network Setup anywhere to be found in my WP admin dashboard.

Is there anyone out there in the universe that can look at this with me to get me going on Multisite?

I have several networks to build out right now. Now that I am ready to do so.

help anyone?

    Hey Chris,

    Hope you’re doing well today!

After adding the code to the wp-config.php the network setup option should be available via:

Tools > Network setup. As the post mentions.

If it’s still not there could you send up FTP and WP login? Then we can take a closer look and get this sorted out for you

You can send that privately through our contact form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/

    Send in:

    -any other relevant urls

Select “I have a different question” for your topic – this and the subject line ensure that it gets assigned to me
